Bill Dinardo - President of Clemson Consulting

BillDinardo—President

Bill Dinardo brings over 35 years of experience in the areas of start-up ventures, M&A, sales, marketing, procurement and business development in electronic advanced materials packaging, biotechnology, RF and microwave device manufacturing. His broad-based experience brings depth to the Clemson Consulting Group’s management team. Dinardo has served in senior management positions where he has directed sales, marketing, engineering/new product development, marketing research and new business development for biotechnology equipment, electronic packaging, advanced materials and microelectronic companies. He joined the Clemson University Department of Management in 2019 as a Lecturer in the Spiro Entrepreneurship Program. Dinardo graduated with a BS degree in Marketing and a Master degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

DanHolman—Marketing Communications Writer

Dan Holman is a veteran writer and editor with 20 years’ experience as a newspaper journalist and 25 years’ experience helping businesses communicate their issues and company positions to consumers, regulators and policy-makers.

After six years’ experience working on small daily papers as a reporter and editor, Holman became a news editor on daily newspapers in Phoenix, AZ, and St. Louis, MO. He also worked as a copy editor on a weekly business publication.

He was a public affairs director for a Fortune 500 company and later became a professional consultant to industries ranging from agriculture to forestry to rental cars. Holman is skilled at interviewing business or science experts to understand their industry cultures and issues and explaining them in understandable layman’s terms.

In addition to developing position papers, press releases and web site content he also wrote speeches for corporate executives and was ghost writer for newspaper opinion articles.

Ken Tredinnick of Clemson Consulting

KenTredinnick—CEO Process Innovators

Ken Tredinnick is a veteran of almost 40 years of engineering experience.  Born and raised in
Southern Wisconsin, he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.  Most of his experience has dealt with machines from development, to design, startup, troubleshooting, modification, and plant Maintenance.  He has worked for a host of large companies including Procter and Gamble, 3M, Johnson and Johnson, and Saint Jude Medical.  He has worked on a large variety of products; examples including baby diapers, Syringes, and Electrical Distribution Equipment.  Ken strongly believes that there is considerable room for improvement in most of the production equipment in use today.  He looks forward to the opportunities to prove that.

LoriTrudell—Process Innovators Business and Customer Development Specialist

Dr. Lori Tribble Trudell is experienced in research methods and data presentation in strategic management, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, and leadership. This experience is exemplified in her published works in highly reputable academic journals. She has developed strong communication skills from her presentation, teaching, and networking experience that allow her to effectively communicate and understand business owners, managers, and employees from all walks of life. Dr. Trudell is highly experienced in working both independently and as part of a team to analyze and solve business related problems. She also has extensive experience working with start-ups during the Covid crisis. Her notable skills include quantitative research methods, qualitative research methods, data presentation, content analysis, and business plan creation. Dr. Trudell earned her PhD from Texas Tech University, her M.Ed. and M.B.A. from Georgia Southern University, and her B.S. from the University of Georgia. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at Clemson University in the College of Business.
